BL-300 Tire Changer

• Ability to handle passenger car and light truck tires as well as motorcycle and ATV applications with optional adapter kits
• Optional fully articulating Robo-Arm helper (BL500 model) to aid in mounting stiffer sidewall tires
• Optimally designed X-shaped table to provide rigid perimeter support of the wheel and clear view of clamp engagement

• Foot pedal operated bead sealing jets, providing a quick blast of regulated air to ensure the inflated tire is seated correctly
• Steel rim clamps (air powered) that provide a range of clamping capacity from 10” to 24” externally and 12" to 26" internally.

BL-300 Features

1. Pressure Safety Valve — The high pressure safety valve is set to exhaust at line pressures above 185 PSI.
2. Air Inflation Gauge — Registers tire pressure when clip-on chuck is attached to tire valve stem and inflation pedal is released.
3. Tower — Support for horizontal and vertical slides, also air storage tank.
4. Important Safety Decal — Important safety information for the operator. DO NOT obstruct with tire stickers or other materials.
5. Inflation Pedal — Three-position pedal that allows inflation of tires through air hose and clip-on chuck.
6. Bead Sealing Nozzles — Expands tire sidewall to bead seat area of rim to seal tire to rim and allow inflation.
7. Clamps — Holds wheel to table top for tire changing. Position outward to allow outside clamping of wheels.
8. Table Top — Rotating chuck for tire changing.
9. DuckHead® Mount/Demount Tool — Mounts and demounts tire from wheel.
10. Swing Arm Adjustment Knob — Adjusts swing arm/vertical slide assembly for proper horizontal positioning of mount/ demount head.
11. Bead Loosener Handle — Controls operation of bead loosener shoe.
12. Lube Bottle — Dispenser for rubber lubricant.
13. Clamp Control Pedal — Three-position pedal that opens, holds or closes rim clamps.
14. Bead Loosener Control Pedal — Controls operation of bead loosener shoe.
15. Table Top Pedal — Three-position pedal that controls rotation of table top (forward, off, reverse).
16. Bead Lifting Tool — Used to lift and position tire bead correctly on Duckhead® mount/demount tool.
17. Tire Bumper Guards — Provides protective surface when bead loosening tires.
18. Bead Loosener Shoe — Pivoting shoe for loosening tire beads.
19. Vertical Slide Locking Handle — Locks and unlocks vertical slide and sets correct vertical position to maintain tool/wheel clearance.

BaseLine 1 Year Limited Warranty.

HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants all BaseLine Tire Changers and Balancers described below to be fit for normal use and free from defects in materials and workmanship existing when these products leave the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.

The WARRANTY PERIOD for each product follows:

(1) Excludes wear items and consumables
(2) Air Chuck, Belts and Gauges warranted for 90 days

User is responsible for equipment set up. Tire changer is shipped with tower removed.

This warranty shall not apply to any Hennessy product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, tampering, alterations, lack of maintenance, accident, or exposure to the elements.Failures due to electrical power surges, connecting to incorrect power source, compressed air supply contamination including rust, dirt, and/or excessive moisture, are not covered. This warranty shall not apply to machines used in commercial applications in a production environment. This warranty excludes regular maintenance required in the ordinary use of the products specified above, including replacement of items and supplies ordinarily used up, consumed or worn out during normal use. *Wear Items include but are not limited to wheel protectors, boots, booties, nylon mount/demount head,drive belt, grip max clamp inserts and bead loosener pads.

Warranty parts not replaced by a Hennessy Authorized Service Center must be prepaid and the failed part returned to Hennessy for inspection. Payment will be credited for parts found to be defective within the warranty period.

All warranties shall commence on the date of delivery to the first retail buyer or date placed into service, whichever is earlier. Further, all warranties apply only to defects in materials and workmanship existing when the product leaves the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC., which are discovered and reported to HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. within the warranty period specified above.

THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any breach of this warranty shall be the repair or replacement, at the option of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC., of any defective part or parts, per the above schedule.HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. will not be responsible for loss of business or wages due to a product failure during the warranty period. This warranty extends only to the original using purchaser and isnot assignable or transferable either voluntarily or by operation of law. This warranty applies only to equipment sold and used in Canada and the United States (excluding U.S. possessions such as Guamand Puerto Rico). For equipment sold and/or used outside of Canada or the United States of America, no warranty is made or implied, except the warranty available by and through HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.’s authorized importer/distributor in the country in which the equipment is used.

HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. reserves the right to make changes in design and/or improvements to its products without any obligation to include these changes in any products previously manufactured. Correction of defects by repair or replacement shall be THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this warranty and shall satisfy all warranty obligations on the part of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES,INC.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES,INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF ANY PURPOSE AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE SELLER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any obligation or liability other than as herein expressly stated.
